At Voyage Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and confidently, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all our fashion-forward frames. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case and box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection & Refund
After our studio receives and inspects your frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
